• Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
• A confirmation email will be sent with experience details after booking.
  

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Cut-off times are based on local time in Bangkok (GMT+7).
• Late arrivals may not be able to join the experience and will be considered a no-show.
  

Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to change dates or times are subject to availability.
• Changes made within 24 hours of the experience start time cannot be guaranteed.
• Folkpaths reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary to ensure safety or improve the experience.
  

Weather & Force Majeure

• Experiences operate rain or shine.
• In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters (Flooding), government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Folkpaths may reschedule the experience or offer a full refund.
  

• Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point.
• Please follow local laws, cultural norms, and guide instructions throughout the experience.
• Folkpaths is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the experience.
  

• Guests should inform Folkpaths in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility concerns.
• Participation is at your own risk. Folkpaths is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses unless caused by proven negligence.

Liability

• Folkpaths acts as an experience provider and is not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
• By participating, you agree to release Folkpaths from claims related to personal injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law
  

Photography & Media

• Folkpaths may take photos or videos during experiences for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform your guide before the experience begins.
